Many of our clients are understandably concerned at this time to ensure that their Wills and Powers of Attorney are up to date.  We can take instructions remotely on these and other matters, and where necessary we can make arrangements to witness or notarise documents safely and in accordance with physical distancing guidance.  We are also able to continue to give advice and to represent clients in relation to court proceedings, both civil and criminal.

Travel and social contact restrictions undoubtedly have an impact on certain aspects of our service, but we continue to endeavour to deal with the business of our clients as efficiently as possible, while at the same time observing the restrictions necessary to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff, clients and the wider community in the face of this unprecedented situation.
